"Per project" means the feature comes with each linked project's own Premium plan. Planned features are not available yet.
Good to know
Do I have to upgrade my whole account?
No. The upgrade applies per project. Keep every other project on the free Base plan and upgrade only the one that needs AI drafting, dictation or reminders, from that project's own Overview page.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the upgraded features through the end of the period you already paid for, monthly or yearly, then the project drops back to Base. No early cutoff.
Do you train AI models on our project data?
No. Content you send to AI assisted drafting, document import or dictation is used to generate that one draft for you to review, and nothing else. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Where is our data stored?
In an EU based database (Frankfurt). If your organization has a specific data residency requirement beyond that, contact us before you rely on ClearPMO for it.
Do projects in a program need Premium too?
No. Program Management covers the program's own features. Each linked project keeps its own plan: stay on Free, or upgrade the projects that need AI, reminders and Compliance Mgt.
What does Enterprise add?
