Terms of service

Agreement
These terms govern your use of ClearPMO, provided by ANG Associates GmbH, Apfhalterstrasse 7B, 4132 Muttenz, Switzerland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ClearPMO you agree to these terms. If you are using ClearPMO on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.
The service
ClearPMO is a project and program management tool. Every project starts on the free Base plan. A project can be individually upgraded to a paid plan, currently CHF 69 per project per month or CHF 690 per year, which adds AI assisted drafting, AI document import, and daily task reminder emails. Program Management, which connects several projects into one program, is a separate paid plan, currently CHF 149 per program per month or CHF 1,490 per year. Current prices and included features are shown on the Plans page. Pricing and included features may change; we will give notice of changes to paid plans before they take effect for existing subscriptions.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything that happens under your account. Sign in uses a one time code sent to your email address, keep access to that email address secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the project data, documents, and other content you put into ClearPMO. You are responsible for having the right to upload and share anything you put into the service, including with any AI feature. We only use your content to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
AI features
AI assisted drafting and AI document import produce a first draft for you to review, they are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and you are responsible for checking anything before you rely on it or save it to your project.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Plan section of the project or program overview. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the paid features remain available until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, including for partly used periods, unless required by law. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it; if it still cannot be collected, the paid plan ends and the project or program returns to its free features. Your data is not deleted when a paid plan ends.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClearPMO to store or share content you do not have the right to, to attempt to access another account or project you are not a member of, or to disrupt the service for other users.
Availability and liability
We work to keep ClearPMO available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected project or program in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
You can stop using ClearPMO at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing ClearPMO@ang-associates.ch. We may update these terms from time to time, and will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at the registered office of ANG Associates GmbH in Muttenz, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
